Celebrity Fashion Trend: Dresses With Cut-Outs

Most of the celebrities were wearing the Herve Leger by Max Azria bandage dress in various colors and designs.  Now it's the cut-out dress, which we are seeing more often on the red carpet.

The dresses feature a deliberate spot of skin, often flashed on the hip or stomach.
